On November 3-4, 2022, Samarkand hosted an important event - the Economic Forum of Uzbekistan. More than 600 representatives from high-ranking delegations attended the event, along with about 1,500 participants from various sectors of the economy.

The forum was packed with events, including 14 sessions on key aspects of country development and 15 economic exhibitions showcasing the achievements and prospects of different industries. One of the significant outcomes of the forum was the signing of 62 projects in education, urban planning, industry, and energy. These projects aim to improve citizens' lives, stimulate economic growth, and modernize the country's infrastructure.
