The 105th meeting of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held in Tashkent. The event took place on April 29, 2025, in the city of Tashkent. The meeting was officially opened with a welcoming speech by Jamshid Kuchkarov, member of the CIS Economic Council and Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was attended by heads of delegations, including: Yaqub Ayubov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mher Grigoryan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Yuriy Shuleyko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Daniyar Amangeldiyev, First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Beketjan Jumakhanov, Authorized Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Shadurdy Meredov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Sergey Lebedev, Secretary General of the CIS.
